1. Fill Out Your Basic Information

These details help us verify your account and follow up with you directly:

  • First Name: Enter your legal first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your legal last name.
  • Email: Use the same email you registered with on Hamboosh.
  • OnlyFans Handle: Provide your OnlyFans username so we can match this with your connected profile.
2. Provide the Date & Time of the Issue
  • Use this field to tell us when the bug or issue occurred (e.g., “June 17, 2025, around 3:45 PM EST”). The more accurate the timestamp, the better we can trace the problem in our system logs.
3. Describe the Feedback or Issue in Detail
  • In the “Detailed Explanation” field, please be as thorough as possible.
  • Include:
